Fundamentals of 3DEXPERIENCE CAM
Why Attend the Webinar?
With the inclusion of Cloud Services with every new seat of SOLIDWORKS purchased you are closer than ever to get your hands on the powerful, integrated 3DEXPERIENCE CAM Tools to help connect and streamline your machine programming process. Having a CAM tool integrated into the rest of the CAD data opens up a whole host of great features that make the programmers' lives much easier! You won’t want to miss out on this overview of the Fundamentals of 3DEXPERIENCE CAM.
Join us on Wednesday, October 18th at 10:00 AM ET, as TriMech Elite Applications Engineer, Sawyer Gara, will discuss all of the CAM Capabilities on the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform. We’ll start off by importing a model for the first time before we define the digital twin environment, so we ensure perfect accuracy between the digital and physical models. From here we’ll cover all the ways to easily create, define, and modify our toolpaths depending on custom strategies and the tools in the tool crib. After verifying the toolpaths with the built-in Virtual Simulation, G-Code can be output! Finally, we’ll touch on how easy it is to push changes from the model into our completed CNC Program
During this Webinar you will learn:
- Getting models into 3DEXPERIENCE CAM
- Defining the machining environment
- Creating Toolpaths
- Exporting G-Code
- Pushing model updates to the program
